These terms cover junk removal, hauling, and light demolition services provided by Hub City Hauling. By booking a job with us, you agree to the following.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing is set on site once we see the actual volume and weight. We price primarily by how much your items fill the truck, and heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, and tile are priced by weight. We confirm the price with you before we start loading.

Scheduling

We do our best to hit the arrival window we give you, including same-day service when available. Weather, traffic, and job size can affect timing, and we will keep you posted if anything changes.

What we remove

We remove most household and commercial items. For safety and legal reasons we cannot take certain hazardous materials, including wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, and similar items. Ask us if you are unsure and we will point you in the right direction.

Your property

We are fully insured and we treat your home with care. Please make sure items are accessible and let us know about anything fragile or about access issues before we arrive.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
