We price by how much space your items take in the truck, from a quarter load at $149 up to a full load at $650, with a half load at $350 in between. Heavy debris like concrete and dirt is priced by weight, and a small travel fee may apply outside our core Boston-area zone.

We sort as we load to keep as much as possible out of the landfill. Usable furniture and goods go to local donation, while metal, appliances, and electronics are recycled to Massachusetts standards. Mattresses go to a proper recycler, as state rules require, and green waste is composted or mulched. Only what truly cannot be reused or recycled heads to the transfer station.

Yes. Hub City Hauling is licensed and fully insured, so your home, floors, walls, and property are protected on every job. If your building or condo association requires a certificate of insurance from vendors, just let us know when you book and we can provide the documentation before we arrive. You are covered from the moment we walk in the door.

We cover Greater Boston from our Watertown base, including Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Belmont, Arlington, Medford, Everett, and Quincy, plus surrounding towns like Waltham, Malden, Chelsea, and Milton. If you are not sure whether you are in our zone, just ask. Outside the core Boston-area service area a small travel fee may apply, and we will always tell you up front.

Not for the whole job. We like you there at the start to confirm what goes and lock in the price, then again at the end for a quick walkthrough. For larger or already-scoped jobs, plenty of clients step out and leave a key or door code once we have agreed on the scope. If you cannot be there at all, we will text photos of the finished space and you can pay remotely. Just be clear about what stays.
